How to Place an Order

  • Browse our collection and add your favorite items to the cart.
  • Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping and payment details.
  • Confirm your order and complete the payment.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with your order details.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Personalized or custom-made items may take additional time to process.

How to Track Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number and link.
  • You can track your package through the courier’s website using the provided tracking number.
  • If you do not receive tracking details within the expected time, contact our support team at Legacybybisma@gmail.com.

Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, processing begins, and changes may not be possible.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return or exchange.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact us for assistance.
  • If the courier marks your package as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, check with your local post office or neighbors.
  • Lost packages due to incorrect shipping information are not our responsibility, so please double-check your details before confirming your order.
